Using community development and empowerment principles, we provide leadership training for immigrant and ethnocultural youth to enable them to make positive contributions to their community.

Deconstructing Racism as a Barrier to Quality Education

We are working with the community and stakeholders to strengthen Anti-Racism policies and practices in our schools, and to build the capacity of our youth to advocate for a more inclusive and accessible learning environment.

Research on the State of ESL Education in Alberta

English as Second Language (ESL) is the foundation for culturally diverse youth’s educational journey. We are exploring if Alberta’s framework, policies and practices remain relevant, amidst the demographic shifts that the province is experiencing.
